A wrong or broken file

The most useful thing you can send us. Include the page address and what you expected to find. The department's archive contains hundreds of files served under the wrong name, so if a paper looks like the wrong subject, it may well be, and we want to know.

A missing paper

Some gaps are ours and some are theirs. The department has never published 2010, for instance. Tell us which subject, year and sitting and we will say which kind of gap it is.

Something we cannot help with

We are not the Department of Basic Education and have no connection to any examining body. We cannot give you exam results, re-mark a paper, confirm a timetable, or answer questions about your registration. For those, contact your school or the department directly.

Use the same address, with "POPIA" in the subject line. See our privacy policy for what we hold, which is very little.
